Inclusive mediation, training, and dialogue across borders, cultures, and lived realities
At All Voices Mediation Network, we support families, professionals, and organisations in addressing conflict, diversity, disability, and complex lived realities through inclusive mediation, professional training, and dialogue-based support.
How We Work
We believe that meaningful participation, respectful dialogue, and access to appropriate support are essential in situations of conflict and complexity. Through mediation, training, advisory support, and educational initiatives, we aim to create spaces where people can be heard, difference can be engaged constructively, and more sustainable outcomes can emerge.
All Voices Mediation Network works at the intersection of family mediation, diversity, disability, inclusion, and professional development. Our work responds to the realities of contemporary life: cross-border families, multicultural contexts, disability and chronic illness, neurodiversity, workplace inclusion, and the need for more responsive and humane professional practices.
How it works
Our work is guided by inclusion, accessibility, dialogue, reflection, and respect for complexity. We recognise that situations involving family conflict, disability, cross-border realities, or organisational diversity cannot be addressed through generic formulas. They require careful listening, ethical awareness, and processes that are responsive to real human and institutional conditions.
Inclusive
We seek to create processes in which participation is meaningful and every voice has the possibility of being heard.
Reflective
We approach conflict and difference with thoughtfulness, self-awareness, and professional seriousness.
Accessible
We take communication needs, practical barriers, and lived realities into account.
Professionally Grounded
Our work combines human sensitivity with structure, ethics, and interdisciplinary knowledge.

I would highly recommend the training. Especially for mediators dealing with family disputes, it is essential – if not mandatory – to know how to handle discussions with young children within the framework of mediation ( CIM). Thank you all for this valuable experience.

Yes, I will definitely recommend this webinar to colleagues. It provided a strong foundation in child-inclusive mediation, combining theoretical knowledge with practical exercises like roleplays and peer feedback. I see the difference in my approach between the first assignment and the final assignment. For me, this knowledge I get here at the training helped me overcome my initial fear of talking with children and gave me the confidence that I am able to do it without causing them harm.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this to all mediators practicing family mediation. It offered us valuable knowledge, guidance, and hands-on experience on how to include the child’s voice in the mediation process. Even in countries like Greece, where Child-Inclusive Mediation (CIM) is not yet widely practiced, the insights we gained empowered us to conduct high-conflict cases involving children with more confidence and clarity. I feel empowered with new tools that I believe will make a real difference in my work as a family mediator.
